Job Description

    Mon- Fri workingOffice- Andheri (east)Hybrid modelPosition Purpose – The Deputy Manager/Manager/Team head is responsible for supervising and guiding a team, dedicated to the management of end-to-end recruitment. This will include the ownership and facilitation of the entire recruitment process, right from taking the job requirement (role) download correctly from the client(s), to keeping the candidates engaged until after the end of the guarantee period.This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders whilst contributing to long term goals of Technoscience.Ultimately, the managers will manage our recruitment process to ensure we shortlistand provide qualified candidates to meet our clients’ current and future needs.The approach will be data driven and all the strategies and measures will be taken based on insights from data collected and analyzed.Supervisory and Guidance responsibilities - This position may guide and supervise from 01 to a maximum of 20 recruiters.General responsibilities -- To improve the revenue performance of the team. The performance will be measured on revenue targets and working towards exceeding the targets.- Recommend and implement ways to improve working environment for our team.- To develop and mentor each team member to help them grow professionally and personally.- To be the first point of contact of team members for escalations, technical problems, difficulties.- Set expectations for new-joiners on day-1 of their joining, in terms of performance and other expectations.- Implement new sourcing methods.- Coordinate with internal hiring team for replacement in case of attrition.- The deputy manager/manager may also do client anchoring to facilitate the end- to-end recruitment process.Key responsibilities -- To guide and mentor recruiters to source candidates on a daily basis.- To ensure the team members are using the right and optimum sourcing methods to find quality candidates.- Quality-check the profiles sourced by the team members before they are forwarded to the client anchors/clients.- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews based on parameters like• Number of calls made.• Profile submission data (No. of profiles submitted every week) from the ATS.• Revenue (Offer, joining) data from the finance team.- Take full ownership and accountability of every team member’s revenue portfolio by driving them to achieve and go over and above the set revenue targets as per their grade/designation in the company.
