Job Description

    As the Talent Management Specialist, you will be an integral part of SCIEX s Talent Strategy Team with responsibility for the program management of multiple Talent programs that support associate development and our broader HR strategies and objectives. This is a global role reporting to the Sr. Director of SCIEX s Talent Strategy CoE. You will lead the execution of our associate career, performance, and engagement processes, driving optimization and effectiveness of these programs across SCIEX. This role requires a responsive and customer-focused individual who has demonstrated success implementing programs and acting as a change agent. This role will be based in Europe or India. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Drive the Employee Engagement cycle from survey preparation, to analysis of results, to a focus on action planning that leads to positive organizational impact Lead global execution of our performance management and career development cycles so that people leaders and associates increase the overall performance for the OpCo Direct and execute our talent assessment and career planning so that all people leaders and associates understand what they can do to develop themselves and reach their full potential Field and initiate Danaher standard assessment instruments like 360 s and other behavioral instruments so that associates can identify their development needs Act as our team s primary talent data contact; drive execution excellence by reporting on KPIs monthly and identifying areas for improvement,
