  • This requirement is for a Project Manager within Information and Cyber Security, Transformation and Remediation Portfolio (ICS TRP)
  • The ICS TRP is a critical portfolio for the bank with significant oversight from the Board and regulators. The portfolio brings together all material ICS improvement activities, prioritises ICS investments to maximise risk reduction and capability improvement, while meeting compliance obligations and minimising client impact. The scope of this portfolio covers a significant number of programs and projects across most area of the bank. The Portfolio provides a single end-to-end, bank wide view of investment and improvement activities with regular tracking and reporting.
  • The Project Manager will work closely with the other members of ICS team and the technology team and support the Head of the ICS TRP in driving strategic change.
  • The Project Manager will support the preparation of quality materials to enable tracking delivery of objectives plus effective decision making.

Other Responsibilities
  • Proven success and experience as a business analyst/product owner (minimum 7-10 years) in the Financial Services/Technology Industry with at least some experience with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming, LeSS, SAFe).
  • Qualified experience in Information and Cyber Security Risk Management, specifically in Identity and Access Management domain will be highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience working in large, complex programs and ability to operate as a strong team player, communicating in an effective and impactful manner, across cross-functional and geographical teams.
  • Be a strong agent to drive change including the ability to facilitate new processes and standards
  • Ability to engage and influence senior management and business stakeholders effectively.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum a Degree holder in any field for Qualifications
  • 8 years and above experience, preferably in the domain of Cyber Secruity project management / IT delivery
  • Strong knowledge of Standard Chartered Bank and project management related businesses, markets and operations of and relevant policies, procedures, and processes and platforms / tools, especially Clarity
  • Understanding of the financial industry and CyberSecurity will be a good asset
  • SDLC and testing framework and artefacts
  • Solid experience in documentation of procedures and work done
  • Skilled with project management and collaborative tools (Ms Project, JIRA, Confluence )
  • Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, CSM, CSPO)
  • Cyber related experience and certifications (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CISA)
