Job Description

Job Title Tax Associate Location(s) Mumbaiassociated with the maintenance of tax records :

  • Preparation of Schedules and Supporting required for handling the Tax Audit for the companies (Form 3CD).
  • Preparation of supporting details for the compilation of Form 3CEB for the companies.
  • Gathers tax information required for filing requirement of Master file in India.
  • Compiles and prepares the data required for the Income tax return filing for the companies.
  • Prepares Monthly working for the TDS liability for the company, ensures the timely payment and quarterly filings of TDS returns.
  • Gathers the data required and compiles the monthly TCS liability for the company and the quarterly TCS returns.
  • Ensures month end tax related entries are posted in SAP on timely manner.
  • Coordinate with customers/credit collection and vendors for collection and issuance of TDS / TCS Certificates.
  • Preparing tax related reports for the global team.
  • Responds to questions and requests on tax related information from internal departments/vendors/customers.Provides documents/records for various tax assessment with various tax government authorities
  • Ensuring all the changes in tax rules (if any) are updated in all the impacted systems.
