They help coordinate with local agency partners e.g. media, helping contribute to ongoing account oversight with the routine cadence of communications, collating best practices and insights across territories. This team is responsible for process adoption and market onboarding to new ways of working. They also manage capacity planning quarterly based on the campaign needs of the market.Campaign Management focuses on planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations.
