Job Description

    Job Description for Team Lead- Design Team (No of Openings - 1)Primary purpose of the role :Responsible for development and implementation of the brand design strategy,organizing the designated design team, ensure that goals and objectives set areattainable; provide necessary business information; create and maintain channels toenable team members to do their work; follow through on action assignments; reportteam progress and give guidance to team membersKey Roles and Responsibilities : Focus on Leadership actions impacting team members performance to createbetter customer experiences and business. Ability to manage a team. Foster growth and skill development of team members. Creative Direction. Helping to drive innovation and creativity within the team. Internal communication to streamline and standardize service quality. Day to day leadership of the account team and client, and ensuring best inclass work is delivered consistently. Planning and prioritizing the teams work. Improving the tracking and monitoring of team members as they progressthrough their work. Manage the project and ensure all deadlines are met. Keep a tab within the team and advice and inform the managementaccordingly. Prepare a report on the employees performance and suggest improvement tothe company. Maintain a daily work tracker of the team. Strong Inter department coordination to avoid any confusion. Proactively participate in brand strategy discussions. Develop creative ideas and design concepts that meet the business objectivesof the organization. Generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project. Ensure design qualityand that design directives are followed. Inside Out knowledge of all accounts handled by his/her team Oversee the brand design for ongoing projects and give the brand directionwhere needed. Understand the capability and capacity of each team member and allocatework and responsibilities accordingly. Work collaboratively with the SMM and strategy team to develop innovativeconcepts and identify potential problems, and formulate recommendations. Contributing to pitch presentations. Thorough knowledge of the plan in hand for accounts under your purview. Detailed knowledge of the design strategy formulated for different brands. Effective and timely implementation of strategies. Communicate and represent the brand from the design perspective, in andoutside the design team. Interact with clients to understand the brief, discuss solutions and to regularlyupdate them on the progress of various activities. Briefing and managing social media and development teams. Manage and organize all design and branding files. Creation and monitoring of daily task lists of team members. Take regular feedback from the client regarding the quality of work and areasof improvement. Attend Client meetings with team members.Qualifications & Skills Required :While were not fussed about where you graduated from, we would prefer to workwith someone who has worked previously with brands or at an agency that does thekind of work mentioned above: Looking for someone with 6-8 years of experience in a design direction role. Artistic innovation introduce artistic innovation, thinking of new ways tocreate unique designs that have a meaningful impact on customers. Conflict management manage and resolve conflict between individual teammembers and between different teams. Negotiation skills working with other teams to implement changes to aproducts design, influence others, leading them to understand why certaindesign aspects matter more than others. Leadership able to deliver clear feedback to their team members. Analytical thinking skills - Able to understand the data once the design is live.Work Details :
