Job Description

Designation: Team Leader - Inside SalesMissionMaximum Customer Acquisition for Inside Sales team by coaching the team and Monitoring Teams KPIs & Proactively identify & delegate the actions for improvements in performance. Outcomes: (What We Expect)Learning all sales processes within 4 weeks & become the first point of contact for the Inside sales team.Gain maximum product knowledge & follow processes for Sales funnel, Pricing & Routing.Processing 100% of the leads through Sales Funnel Stages: (Qualification, Proposal Sent/Review, Commitment, Converted/Rejected) with the help of CRM and achieving conversion targets.Achieve & Maintain all Sales Targets & CC metrics (including 90% CSAT, Median Response Time, others) via Chats & Calls.Monitor KPIs & provide weekly feedback on performance and achieved results to the team.Requirements

  • Excellent Sales Communications Skills;
  • Prior Experience in Sales (Inbound/Outbound) at least 1-2 years;
  • Prior Experience in handling Calls/Chats/Emails.
  • Knowledge of technological innovations in sales processes & sales metrics;
  • Experience in working with CRM;
  • Ability to forecast numbers and reports, delegate tasks to the team.
  • Emotional intelligence, openness to new, strong ability to listen and hear;
  • Proactiveness, Influential, Energetic & Self-Motivated;
  • Multi-tasking skills & Calm Under Pressure;
  • Perfect spoken and written English;
  • Willingness to work hard.
