Are you SAP FI/CO expert who would like to work in a dynamic global team You are hands-on and have proven ability to design, develop and deploy strategic solutions We are looking for a Tech Business Analyst to join UBS Finance Technology who can: participate in global & strategic full life cycle projects to harmonize financial & controlling processes and optimize the application landscape drive IT changes by bringing a deep understanding of SAP FI/CO process design and implementation in SAP based on Best Practices Should have deep understanding & Atleast 1 end to end Implementation experience in S/4 HANA for Finance process (AP,GL,FA,AR , PCA, CCA , Banking , SAP Fiori , Internal order , Project system etc.) Prefer to have knowledge around topics such as SAP MDG ,SAP MM, SAP Ariba , SAP Concur ,SAP B/W etc. lead workshops which aim to capture, analyze and document business cases and requirements, while building a strong relationship with key stakeholders identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize and standardize business processes challenge inconsistent processes and propose workable improvements ensure application development initiatives are well managed and delivered on expectations, functionality, timeliness and cost involved in the incident management processes (3rd. level support) and drive continues improvement to stabilize the environment and improve efficiency collaborate with peers within in the IT-organization and across multiple business unitsYour Career ComebackWe are open to applications from career returners. We are supporting local and global projects for various business units of UBS AG. Our mission: to find solutions for strategic business challenges, analysis of current processes and functionalities, implementing best in class solutions for customers and UBS business., minimal of 12 years SAP FI/CO project experience including the involvement in at least 3 full life cycle implementations: business requirement gathering, design, build, testing, training, migration, go-live and post go-live support in-Depth knowledge on FI processes and functionalities: New General Ledger; Profit Center Accounting (incl. document splitting); Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; New Asset Accounting; Bank communications incl. Payments and Electronic Bank Statement, relevant Master Data objects and the integration with Procurement / Travel & Expenses in Depth knowledge on CO processes and functionalities: Cost Center Accounting; Internal Orders; Project System and relevant Master Data objects basic ABAP knowledge and Debugging experience is beneficial functional experience with the delivery of front-to-back solutions for data feeds across multiple applications and custom developments excellent consulting skills to improve and harmonize existing SAP / Non-SAP processes across applications based on Best Practices solution design strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to build up a strong relationship among the IT organization and business users across the UBS organization having knowledge of the Agile methodology and working in a Scrum Team experience in using workflow visualization tools like Jira experience in leading ,mentoring and developing others as part of large scale projects. Good understanding of Interfaces, EDI/IDOCs , BAPI s etc. Lead the Functional design and prototype SAP S/4 HANA functionality for complex business requirements. Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA, as well S/4 HANA Cloud solutions. Ability to work in multi system environments. experience with S/4 HANA Finance is a must. experience in Financial Services Industry very good English language skills a pro-active hands-on attitude a strong team player and communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills capable and flexible to work in cross-functional teams and cross-cultural teams across multiple locations and time zones capable to work independently and in a structured and methodical matter resilient and open for new challenges in a dynamic environment known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget
