Roles and ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities Prepare the pan-CFO Innovation & Portal training plan and manage implementation.Ownership of GF Innovation & Portal communications, including user forums, newsletters, and executive updates.Manage & deliver pan-GF Hackathons.Initiate and facilitate delivery of pan-CFO shark tank. Management and delivery of GFInnovation & Portal Governance packs including presentation ownership, stakeholderengagement, meeting minutes, and action management.Ownership and management of GF Innovation benefits tracking & assessment, engaging withinnovation leads and driving savings approvalsSignificant experience in communications and training roles that required hands-ondevelopment of materials and delivery to a variety of consumersKeen understanding and appetite for innovative financial technologies and a desire tocommunicate and teach others about their benefitsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills inc. the ability toinfluence the direction of projects and required outcomesExperience in Microsoft Office, including data analysis and consolidation in Excel anddevelopment of Executive level MS PowerPointAbility to drive change; results-oriented; attention to detail; self-starter
