Technical Lead Dynamics (8-10 Years)OverviewReporting to Software Development Manager, the Technical Lead, Dynamics 365 will be responsible for ensuring that the development team are delivering solutions in accordance to the development guidelines, security standards and documented specifications. The Technical Lead, Dynamics 365 will also be required to mentor developers, peer review their work and ensure that they continue to develop their technical capability.The Technical Lead, Dynamics 365 will also participate in the ongoing maintenance and future feature development Microsoft Dynamics solutions supporting Superannuation Funds Contact Centres and CRM solution. The Technical Lead, Dynamics 365 will have demonstrated experience in building and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions as well as supporting a wider development community. As part of this role, they will be required to consult with Dynamics 365 Architects, business and senior IT stakeholders to support the various activities of the SDLC and support the organisations strategic direction.Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:

• Inspire and motivate team members.
• Provide supervision, mentorship and guidance to new and existing members of the team and identify any training needs.
• Set team and individual goals and objectives as part of the continuous performance management process.
• Perform general line management responsibilities.
• Working with the systems analysts and solution architects, analyse, document and propose solutions for affected business areas by mapping business requirements to technical solutions.
• Estimating and change impact analysis
• Contribute to the system design process and participate in development forums when required.
• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, auditing, security, and on-going support) are considered during development
• Write code to functional specifications using the toolsets and technologies as defined by the Head of Software Development and Solutions Architects
• Participate in daily stand ups.
• Perform unit/ integration testing. Review code/ do technical analysis/ create technical designs (documents).
• Contribute to and maintain system standards.
• Maintain consistent installation and configuration procedures
• Install, configure and monitor all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in production and non-production environments
• Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CRM.

Experience & Personal Attributes

• Extensive (ideally between 8-12 years) hands-on experience developing software working on Microsoft Dynamics platform and good programming experience in C# and .Net.
• Has a Bachelors degree or better in Computer Science or related Engineering disciplines.
• Must have Dynamics 365 certification MB-200 , MB- 210 , MB -220 , MB-230 MB-600, MB-700 and MB-901
• Experience with Azure, Microservices or, Git or other version control system, Azure App Services, Azure Functions & DevOps.
• Experienced working with Dynamics 365(CRM) SDK, JavaScript, Angular JS or other JavaScript frameworks
• Experienced using Visual Studio IDE and has a good understanding of SQL, Json, Ajax, HTML, jQuery, XML concepts.
• Experience in SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
• Demonstrated (4 years or more) experience and direct involvement in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required, using Javascript, C#, HTML5, CSS, JQuery; Customisation and Extending CRM certifications an advantage
• Experienced in Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies with demonstrated experience on an Agile team
• Thorough understanding of source control, unit testing, and continuous integration and build practices
• Should have experience working on integrations, in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working on Dynamics CRM or PowerApps Portals
• Should have been involved in at-least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Large Systems Integrator (SI) experience is a plus
• Should be familiar with modern cloud patterns and practices.
• Azure experience preferred.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in designing, implementing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customisations for desktop and mobile platforms
• Ability to analyse processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to gather and understand client functional requirements, performing gap analysis between a clients requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Good working knowledge on Data migration and integration using Dynamics CRM tools
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customisation and Extending CRM Certifications an advantage
• Background in Financial Services will be beneficial
