We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers outcomes from their digital transformation.Job Domain: Enterprise Systems and Storage (3PAR and Nimble), Virtualization and Linux Operating SystemsRole:Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers businesses. As trusted advisors create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problem as identified by the Project/Technical Manager.
• Work effectively to create High-level plans and low-level design documentation.
• Provide Customers with an overview of installation activity, site-specific information, and access to appropriate contacts.
• Coordinates Installation and Implementation, Solution designs, and Data migrations for technology solutions in the following work domains/Products: Servers (ProLiant DLs, Synergy blades, Edgeline series, etc.), Storage EMC VMAX, HPE 3PAR, Nimble Storage, Brocade SAN Director, and various data Migration technologies (block and file).
• Ability to perform various data migration methodology using storage tools based, or host level.
• Provides advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and modification of solutions.
• Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
• Willingness to learn and work on new technologies and solutions.

Education and Experience Required:

• 8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology or MSc or MCA or equivalent degree.
• Experience with support of full range of company products in Customer base Servers, Storage Hitachi, EMC vMax, HPE 3PAR, HPE Nimble Storage, Brocade SAN, and various Migration methodologies (Block and file)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of administrative or technical practices Proficient Field Technical Support skill set.
• Good understanding of datacenter requirements for infra deployments.
• Hands-on experience in Installation and Configuration, Virtualization Technologies of VMware ESXi, vCenter & vSphere solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Installation, provisioning, and advance troubleshooting of Linux operating systems (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu).
• Hands-on experience on OpenStack deployment and various cloud integration.
• Strong knowledge and experience on EMC Storage, 3PAR, Nimble Storage, Brocade SAN Director, File storage, and various data Migration tools and technologies (block and file).
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking for server deployments.
• Preferable to have Cloud and Software-defined storage knowledge.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure provisioning (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible) using the principles of Infra-As-A-Code
• Scripting experience (Shell script, python, or PowerShell) Useful for automation basic infra validations.
• Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across several technologies like Servers, Storage and Network
• Ability to work in a multi-technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause.
• In addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills, has ability to summarize prognosis and impact at the practice lead level.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
