Job Description

    Process & quality monitoring for respective technology plantsIdentify and analyse deviationsPerform root cause analysisPropose corrective action and track the status of process improvementIdentify opportunities for profit improvementIdentify opportunities for product quality enhancementProcess design calculations for the improvement schemesDevelop process design package using appropriate toolsParticipate in commercial plant trialsUnderstand and evaluate basic engineering design documentsParticipate in plant performance audits as per set guidelinesParticipate in Critical PHAs and turnaround activities of the related plantsValidate MoCs to ensure specified standards and codes are followed in calculationsSupport preparation of stage gate-2 and 3 document for Capital projectsParticipate in HAZOP of new projectsValidate equipment data sheets prepared by engineering contractorContribute to derive value from technology networkEducation Requirement :BE/B Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed instituteExperience Requirement :4 years of experience with at least 2 years in plant Operations / CTSSkills & Competencies :Analytical ability for problem solvingProgramming exposureKnowledge of chemical engineering and process technologyAbility to plan / discuss results and network under the guidance of a senior colleaguesProcess design calculations at Skill levelUse of process calculation templates at Skill levelSimulation skillsUse of Six sigma for problem solvingGood communication skillsLeadership quality with management skillsResult Orientation.,
