Job Description

    • Manage the Product inventory through Quality assurance Collate and review participant feedback, hold vendor accountable for quality, iterate when required to improve curricula
    • Building Instructional design excellence and driving improvement to Product Team effectiveness through coaching, mentoring and resolution of impediments
    • Defining and realizing the target state Learning solutions for the Product
    • Realizing the Product s objectives and key results and/or other value metrics defined on the Product roadmap
    • Partner with Product Owner to have performance solutions developed and then deployed to the appropriate hosting platforms. Responsible for preparing the build orders, Upload new content to the Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and adhere to Talent Book of Work (TBOW) guidelines
    • Consult with SMEs and target learners to determine, test and validate the appropriate performance-based solutions for the needs, with specific emphasis on achieving speed to proficiency. Solutions should be outcome-based and map to describable and relatable critical-tasks
    • Partner with Strategy to ensure their standardized best practices are adhered to and their approved collateral is utilized. Provide informed feedback to ensure continuous improvement
    • Consult other learning functions and learning program leads as the learning product s point of contact and performance expert. Guide them on related performance needs and direct them to, or support them with, the appropriate performance solutions
    • Inspiring our teams to build Learning models, ecosystems and solutions that will be the backbone of continuous learning at JPMC
