Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities-Build relationships with venture debt firms and banks to ensure optimally costed funds- Conceptualize and execute financing structures for cross-border trades to bring down overallcost of capital- Plan and manage funds deployment from equity/debt funds raises- Prepare cash flow forecast/budget which provides management insights into key drivers, cashvariances versus prior forecasts and periods.- Prepare metrics to monitor and measure the working capital and cash flow efficiency related tooperational areas of focus.- Prepare the submission and consolidation of monthly cash flow forecasts, annual budget andliquidity.- Partner with the transactions team to improve liquidity, deliver budget targets, and activelymanage working capital- Prepare working capital analysis based on forecasts and budget submissions.
