Do you have great management skills and have the know-how for interpreting risk We re looking for a Team Leader to: use your analytical skills to propose solutions for portfolio steering and data quality measures review portfolio developments and provide reasoned, concise commentary on the key risk drivers review changes in key risk measures and provide reasoned, concise commentary on data quality measures and indicators review and interpret risk metrics to support Chief Risk Officer (CRO) teams provide risk model and stress scenario insights at an entity and divisional level highlighting trends identify trends in data quality metrics and operational risks that may impact on the key risk measures partner with senior management to review regulatory analysis / reports support risk change projects (as an SME), key regulatory projects and audit requests collaborate with the Centre of Excellence to establish interactive dashboards / reports be the first point of contact for entity and divisional CROs for exposure and stress loss explanations define and set global risk reporting standards in conjunction with senior management define data and data quality control requirements acting as the interface to group-wide risk systems / operations. work closely with CRO aligned teams to build reporting and dashboard toolsets to satisfy reporting needs work to standardise and simplify reporting and other processes drive creative solutions to reporting requirements through collaboration with IT and CRO aligned teamsYour teamRisk Reporting, Analysis and Data (RRAD) aspire to support management decisions through portfolio-level insights, as well as provide all of GRC with highly automated reports and dashboards fed by well controlled data.The Treasury Risk Reporting and Analysis team in RRAD provide reporting and analysis of treasury risks to senior management. The treasury risks covered are wide-ranging, encompassing the market risk arising from Group Treasury s management of the Group s balance sheet, capital, profit or loss and liquidity portfolios, as well as structural foreign exchange risk, pension risk and liquidity and funding risk. The team supports firmwide statistical and scenario-based stress testing by sharing results and insights into the development of treasury risks under adverse macroeconomic conditions.
