PROCESS:1.Review all required loan data, reports, and inspections to insure the collateral is acceptable to investor and the company2.Responsible for making independent decisions regarding acceptance and risk of loans according to HUD, company, and investor guidelines.3.Coordination and collaboration with sales for login and issuance.4.Completes all required paperwork and forms in a timely and accurate manner5.Communicate underwriting decisions with processors and advisors6.Maintenance of Login and issuance MIS.REQUIREMENT:1.Must be aware of income calculations for various income types like salaried, self-employed & other income2.Should be able to calculate income & review credit report, assets & collateral and Appraisal3.Should be aware of all the mortgage documents & agency guidelines4.Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience into core underwriting5.Candidate who has experience in all the 4Cs of Underwriting will be considered6.Candidate must have exposure working on various type of loans like Conventional, FHA,VA & USDA
