This position is for Technology Service Management team supporting the platforms for multiple FIS Capital Markets Platforms. What you will be doing This position provides 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systemsMonitor, Track and Resolve on all job abends/errorsCreate, update and maintain client s UAT & Prod regionsInterface with different teams and vendors to get resolution to questions or issues regarding the failures and drive them towards resolutionMaintenance of batch schedules & Application MaintenanceWork with Systems Engineers, DBAs, Network Engineers etc., for project tasks OR Incident resolutionCreate and work on change management tickets on an as-needed basisProjects & Other Assigned TasksFind areas of automation, process simplification etc., and enhance the support efficiency What you bring:
• Experience with UC4/Autosys job scheduling tool in Linux/ Windows environment
• Experience with IBM MQ, NDM & SFTP setup & troubleshooting
• Experience with testing network connections
• Experience troubleshooting network connections
• Setup process/procedures for batch job notifications, alerts and monitoring/escalations.
• Contribute to process improvement/ Automation
• Troubleshoot and fix the alerts/ issues escalated by monitoring teams
• Experience with supporting multiple applications during SEV issues.
• Able to perform UC4 setup on new servers
• Analyzes problem, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks.
