The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.Responsibilities:1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production facility, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.2. Develop and implement production plans to meet targets for output, quality, and efficiency.3. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.4. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.5. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for production requirements.6. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.7. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure high performance and productivity.8. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain discipline and foster a positive work culture.9. Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality.10. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.**Qualifications:**1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the screws, anchors, or fasteners industry.3. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.5. Sound knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and production management software.7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.9. Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.10. Salary range: 50,000 to 65,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience.
