Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Good Afternoon,Greeting for the Day !!Job Descriptions :-Deliver excellent front desk service, at all times. Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times. Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail(if implemented) Administer all requests via telephone or email, in line with company policies. Keep up to date with any information or policies amended or implemented to provide ensure that visitors are then aware of the same in a polite manner. Ensure our visitors are directed to the waiting area at the lobby (seating area) so that there is no congestion noticed in the lobby, this will reduce chaos in case of an emergency. Conduct regular security checks throughout the day and report any security issues to line manager Report any maintenance issues immediately to Technical manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment Provide reports, as required, for housekeepers and management via use of your checklist. Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for visitors and the emergency services. Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws Be involved and contribute at team meetings Carry out instructions given by the management team(JLL/Lodha) Ensure there is a limit to the usage of personal phones. Personal calls should be attended during break out, away from the reception desk. No cross talking while attending visitors or replying to a chat which will definitely show disrespect to the visitor. Always be polite while speaking to the visitors and amongst each other, avoid speaking loudly disturbing the decorum of the lobby, and ensure that the right pitch is used while speaking. Carry out palm wave registration of the employees & manage Visitor Management System efficiently. Palm access registration of the employees. Handling visitors Management system. Communication with client through calls and emails. Conducting surveys and taking feedbacks for day to day routine Helping clients for their smooth transaction in the premises Handling lobby area and accountable for its safety. Maintaining client database and updating same as and when required. Organizing events and celebrations.
