    Hiring for Accounts Payable Associate- MumbaiFunction:BPO ServicesJob Title: Accounts Payable AssociateDepartment BPO ServicesReports to Accounts Payable Team LeaderThe Role A BPO Associate would be responsible for assisting with day to day A PactivitiesResponsible for vendor set-up, invoice processing, payment processing,Reconciliation reporting, generating period end reports, updating recordsin ERP( invoices, outstanding payments, queries resolved)Responsibilities Vendor Set-up:New vendor set-up in the ERP and vendor maintenanceUpdate changes to vendor master as per request received from customerInvoice Processing:Understand various types of invoices used by the customerProcess vendor invoices as per the SLAPayment processing:Process vendor and employees payments as per credit termsOthers:Identify queries in the invoices and status update to SupervisorEnsure SLA compliance on all deliverablesGeneration of system based reportsQualifications andRequired SkillsEssential:Commerce Graduate2-4 years of experience in accounts receivables operations (Band 3); Outof these atleast 2 years with the relevant Industry is a must0-2 years of experience in accounts payables operations (Band 2).Preference would be given to resources with experience in relevantIndustryBasic understanding of procure to pay processAwareness of SAPReady to work in Night ShiftDesired:Good analytical and communication skillsAbility to perform as a team member and gel well with teamsHigh energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountabilityOral and written communications skills in EnglishCapability to work under time pressure in a dynamic businessenvironmentComputer literate in various toolscontact: hidden_email
