Job Description

Job Role:- Manager Influencer MarketingExperience:- Min 5 yearsSalary: 6-8LPA(salary will be offered as per experience & knowledge)Job Location:-Mindspace, Malad (west), MumbaiFunctional Responsibilities:-

  1. Take the download of briefs and have clear discussions about the requirement and budget expectations from the client and align a roadmap to the internal team
  2. Define, maintain, and evolve the overall influencer relations strategy and creative campaigns
  3. Track performance of campaigns and individual content creators using internal and third-party tools, and present campaign reports of activities to the clients
  4. Map, acquire & negotiate with influencers as per brief requirements
  5. Take responsibility for campaign budget management to ensure campaign profitability and ensure deadlines and key milestones are met
  6. Proactively suggest concepts/IPs as per digital calendars or generic insights
  7. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  8. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, thought leaders& industry experts
  9. Strong internal and external team co-ordination and networking with vendors, partners, and consultants
  10. Timely insights, analysis, and reports
Leadership Responsibilities:-
  1. Create a campaign SOPs for the team for smooth execution and as per the requirement
  2. Maintaining strong operational decorum of the team and functional KRAs to be maintained
  3. Lead, motivate & inspire your Exec(s) to develop within their roles
  4. Fair delegation of work and maintaining the TAT for the same
  5. Timely learning & development facilitation to the team
  6. Quarter goals setting & performance evaluation for the team
  7. Addressing functional & other technical issues and providing relevant solutions
  8. Networking & Sourcing about the new/upcoming trends, events, and other A&M updates
Requirements:-
  1. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  2. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  3. Previous experience of handling a team of at least 20 - 25
  4. Min 5 years of relevant experience in the industry
  5. Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  6. In-depth knowledge of agency module and Influencer marketing industry
  7. Well organized with great time management skills
  8. Strong negotiation skills
