Job Description

You will get an opportunity to talk/meet a diverse set of people from various industries who are decision makers in their organization.Qualifications:Any Graduate Experience:2-4 Years of Experience in SalesPosition- Senior Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a motivated person who is outgoing and is ready to take on a challenge and get the job done. You will get an opportunity to talk/meet a diverse set of people from various industries who are decision makers in their organization.1.CRM
    • Ensuring the correct output extracted from CRM software.
    • Ensuring No downtime for running the software.
    • All departments including the Backoffice are integrated on the CRM Software
    • Timely training and backup generated to handle the CRM software
    1. Sales
    • Weekly meeting with Sales Head on the progress.
    • Setting targets for conversion on weekly basis.
    • Providing collaterals for sales on time to time basis.
    • Discussing the managements plan for sales numbers.
    • Weekly meeting with Sales team to review the sales numbers and challenges.
    1. Post Sales
    • Discuss and set the target with Sales Head for the recovery of Self Contribution / 20% Payment against the flat booking within 30 Days time from the booking date.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups with the customers for recovery / payment
    • Setup a aggressive team for Payment recovery of the customers who goes for Self-Funding
    1. Banking
    • Monitoring timely Sanction for the customers are issued by the bankers.
    • Ensuring the payments made by the customers to the bankers are disclosed @ the time of login the cases and no extra payment is made @ the time/post disbursements.
    1. Registration
    • Ensuring the dip test process followed for the correctness of the agreement filed, collection of OCR payment, collection of Stamp Duty Payment and all proper markings and annexures attached with the agreement for registration purpose.
    • Ensuring the customer calling process for registration and timely registration of the customers @ Registrar Office.
    • Ensuring the timely collection of registered agreements with the photocopies are received @ Site Office for further process.
    1. Part Disbursements
    • Ensuring post registration documents has been logged timely for disbursements with the appropriate documents attached like NOC, Demand Notes, Architect Certificate for stage wise building completion.
    • Generation of Reports.
    • Ensuring raising of demand notes as per the architect completion certificate to the banks and follow-ups for disbursements.
