Job Description

    We are urgently looking for HR & Admin Executive for a company based out of Borivali.Experience required- 1.5 yearsNo of working days- 06daysTimings- 10am to 7pmGender preference- FemaleJob DescriptionAreas of ResponsibilityIndicative ActivitiesAdministrative SupportEnsure office premise is kept clean and tidy by continuously overviewing the housekeeping staffManage repairs and maintenance of the office infrastructure and facility like the electricity services, telephone etc. in co-ordination with various vendorsEnsure regular pest control with identified agencyManage petty cash and forward to accounts with all details and vouchersEnter all posts in the inward register and direct them to the relevant employee. Record all outgoing posts in the Outward registerMaintain stock of office supplies like paper, stationary items etc. Issue stationary items to employees and make monthly consumption reportVerify all bills including utility bills and co-ordinate with accounts for paymentCoordinate for Fire Fighting License , Electrical License and PWD License renewal and maintain records of the same. Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts and all other renewals like car insurance, leave & licence agreement etcMake travel and stay arrangements with necessary approval basis employee requests received for official purposesEnsure safety protocols are followed in office premises by visitors and employeesMaintain first aid kit for officeHR SupportManage recruitment, onboarding formalities & separation formalities and ensure maintenance of physical and soft copy of employee records. Ensure timely completion employee lifecycle process from joining to exitManage attendance and leave process for employees along with payroll processingManage labour law related compliances like PF , ESIC etc in co-ordination with consultantIssuance of required letters as per instructionsConducting fun & bonding activities for employeesAssist employees with their queries and handle any disciplinary issues observedReview of all expenses of employees submitted, seek approval from management and submit to accounts for paymentManage performance management process for the organisationAssist with any adoc HR tasks as directed by managementReporting and DocumentationPrepare manpower and attrition reports on a half yearly basis and submit to management.Support with any adhoc reports on HR and Admin activities as per requestInterested Candidates can share their resumes on hidden_email.
