  • Working with Development for product development
  • End to end testing and UAT (functional and technical)
  • Product development within provided time frame and Budget
  • Preparing training documents
  • Training to internal stakeholders
  • Releasing bug free product
  • Working with Product owner for sprint creating, release management, update to stakeholders, and monitoring sprints and releases
  • Task creation, scrum board monitoring, daily task status update in sprint, analyzing task and reason for its delay.
  • Working with team (technical and functional) to complete activities within deadlines
  • Arranging meeting for all team members for doubt clarifications during product development
  • Working with Product owner to take all vision, design, logic inputs and business values
• Product Development
  • Participating in functionality testing and user acceptance testing of the new system
  • Time taken from identification of requirement to approval from client and delivery
  • Inputs for product development with respect to logics / ideas / analytical points (rules, design)
  • Providing product design with PO and stakeholder approval
  • Working with development team for logic implementation and testing
  • Working with development team for logic improvisation
  • Providing exceptional cases for product maturity
  • Lead the company in the execution of business strategies and internal projects to ensure the desired result is achieved quickly and effectively
  • Manage the business analyst team, listening to different members recommendations and taking measures to maximize the efficacy of the analytical team
  • Create monthly reports of performance and success, pointing out areas in need of improvement.
  • Oversee the design of new products, commenting on how they will fare in the market in order to guide the designers
• Product Quality
  • Warranting the system design is as per the needs of the customer and stakeholders
  • Following test process, update of test cases and test scenarios
  • Participating in functionality testing and UAT of the new system and bugs resolved
  • Monitoring repetition of same scenarios of testing for its bug fixing before final release.
  • Bug free and on time delivery to clients
  • Finding root cause for issues / bugs raised and providing permanent solution for same
• Research
  • Domain specific study and interpretation and its impact on company and product.
  • Latest GST, Einvoice, Eway bill updates.
  • interpretations of govt. notifications.
  • Notifying updates to Stakeholders and Product owner
  • Industry / Domain specific study and interpretation and its impact on company and product and development required.
  • Market study of competing products, their strengths and weaknesses. Find USPs for companys products to succeed in the market
