Job Description

    Designation: Executive/Senior Executive (Air Exports) Department: Customer Service & OperationsLocation: Mumbai, AndheriKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:1. To Handle Air Exports Day to Day activities.2. Handling Air Exports related enquiries from Overseas Agent, Customers & Sales team etc.3. Rate Negotiation with IATA, Airlines etc.4. Providing the rates to Overseas Agents/ Customers etc. for various export shipments.5. Arranging for Bookings with Airlines/IATA etc.6. Co-Ordination with Airlines/IATA for bookings, Timely Departure/Arrival of shipments.7. Candidate Should handle Smooth Execution of Day to Day export shipments. 8. Timely updation to Shipper, Sales Team & Overseas Agents for respective shipments.9. Co-ordinate with CHA/Operations Staff for day to day shipments.10. Preparation of Air waybills, Manifest etc for Exports shipments.11. Sending the Pre alerts of the shipments immediately after execution.12. Timely follow up with Overseas Agents for Door Delivery shipments.13. Preparation of Debit Notes after execution of shipments. 14. Maintain and send reports on Daily / Weekly / Monthly as the case may be to the management like DSR, Quote log etc .15. Candidate shouldhave sound knowledge of shipments terms. 16. Performs all other Duties as assigned and requested by Management.Financial Activities:1. Checking the payment status as per Terms of Shipment before handing over the original documents.2. Preparation of vendor payments in line with guidelines set by Finance & Accounts Department to 3. Open job in Cargo-Net & Prepare job file and book the cost booking in the system on time.4. Dispatching the bills and other required Post Shipment documents on time to the customers.Qualifications: GraduateSkills required: Candidate should possess good Communication skills. Person should be comfortable working on online software and Microsoft office. Person Should possess good analytical skills.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in FreightForwarding/Custom Clearance Industry
