Job Description

Urgent Opening for FX Research for an Finance Company based at Mumbai Our client is engage with clients to evolve a treasury strategy and streamline treasury operations, resulting in quantifiable monetary benefits and a sustainable competitive advantage. We have catered to over 950 clients from 40 different sectors. We have engaged with entrepreneurial startups, SMEs, Public Limited Companies, and Multinational Corporations. We understand the expectations and set of challenges unique to each one of them. During the course of these interactions, Company has developed a repository of tacit domain knowledge.Role Description
    • The incumbent will be responsible for making daily reports, thematic reports, special
    • reports using fundamental and technical analysis on FX , interest rates , wealth
    • management topics etc.
    • Understand and devise option strategies using forwards , futures and options for
    • hedging for importers and exporters.
    • Track major developments occurring in the market and update the sales team and the
    • clients via messages and e-mails on regular basis.
    • Candidate will create content for social media postings and maintain IFA Blogs and
    • social media handles round the clock.
    • Creation of live video content, webinars for IFA Classrooms , thought leadership
    • content would be part of the role.
    • One should be a quick learner and have excellent writing skills.
    • Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required
    • Candidates must have relevant experience of at least 4 - 8 years generating equity ,
    • bond markets or FX research.
    • Should have a strong passion and understanding on economics.
    • Should be innovative to learn statistics, advanced excel, modelling, etc. Existing
    • knowledge of these will be an added advantage.
    • Must be equipped with writing fundamental and technical research reports with industry
    • accepted research language.
    • Candidate should be able to develop independent view on markets and should
    • understand to post research in social media
    • Candidate should be well conversant in operating terminals like Cogencis , Reuters etc.
    • Candidate must have excellent writing skills and should be well conversant with
    • economics, finance and markets terms. Interaction with media could possibly be part of
    • the role.
    • Candidate should have excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, and
    • PowerPoint).
    • Certifications in courses like CFA or post-graduation in economics will be in added
    • advantage
