Job Description

    Profile:- Manager HRLocation:- GoregaonExperience:-2 to 4 yearsQualification:- Graduation/MBARoles & Responsibilities:-1) Ensuring successful onboarding of new joinees.2) Manage all the registers and records of employees. Maintain all database on HireCraft.3) Monitor all pay practices for effectiveness and cost containment. Formulate && suggest to the management about competitive compensation and benefits programs for the employees.4) Tracking and monitoring Attendance and Leave Policy. Collation of all employees attendance, leave data and submitting consolidated attendance data to the payroll department for further process.5) Ensure all the invoices are forwarded to the clients in time6) Effect deduction of applicable taxes, recovery of the loans, fines, benefits and vacations, etc. from the salary of the employees7) Ensure disbursement of salaries / wages to all employees within the stipulated time8) Maintain employees confidence and protect payroll operation by keeping salary related employees information confidential9) Deduct all the applicable statutory dues (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.)Interested candidates can share their resume on hidden_email or call on hidden_mobile
