Job Description

Good to have- Expertise of at least one major O365 application (e.g. Exchange online, SharePoint online, Teams) Experience in designing, configuring, implementing and migrating clients to Office 365 products Plan and execute end-to-end implementation for our clients Office 365 journey A good working knowledge of the entire O365 stack, including their interactions and use cases. Knowledge of Office 365 Security & Compliance and Authentication is desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in designing, configuring, implementing and migrating clients to Office 365 products Plan and execute end-to-end implementation for our clients Office 365 journey A good working knowledge of the entire O365 stack, including their interactions and use cases. Knowledge of Office 365 Security & Compliance and Authentication is desirable Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with users, stakeholders Manage the Web environment architecture, modifications, deployments, and migration to AWS Cloud, O365, Microsoft Project and SharePoint Online Strong Knowledge on SharePoint migrations using tools is mandatory Must have done end to end migration with hands on experience using third party tools like Sharegate & should have strong knowledge to fix post migration issues Migration includes doing migration from one version of SharePoint to another version of SharePoint, File Share to SharePoint migrations etc Knowledge on fixing broken links during migration using tools like Link Fixer, SharePoint Essentials tool kit Strong understanding of Windows Server Disk management Server Build and installation of operating system Securing server with standard security practices Develop/document procedures for administration that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies and procedures. Reviewing the alerts Reviewing all performance related reports (Health Monitoring reports). Manage applications, policies, and respective roles Hands on experience in Windows Server Infrastructure Management Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Thorough understanding of DNS, WINS & DHCP Understanding and troubleshooting monitoring agent and extension in windows Good understanding of ticketing tools and ITIL Process in Problem Change Management Experience with, PowerShell Ensuring timely resolution for production issues, doing a root cause analysis for Sev1 issues and document the same. Recommend the corrective action plan for the same. Strong communication skills, ability to work on a team environment, problem-solving skills and capacity to deal with ambiguity. ,
