    We do have a requirement for a Sales Coordinator forMaladlocation.For more details you can contact Anamika on hidden_mobile or you can mail me your cv at hidden_emailPlease find the JD :Designation : Sales Co ordinatorExperience : 2+ YearsGender : Male or Female: Female with married and having children, Age above 30Salary range :- 2.5 to 4.5 LPAWorking days : 6 (Monday to Saturday)Work timings : 9:30 To 6:00 PMInterview process : 3 round interview 1St with HR and remaining 2 technical rounds (Offline)ROLE:The primary role is to provide service to customers.To mediate between customer and various department of company in order to meetproduct requirementsRESPONSIBILITY:Responsible for attending enquiries, receiving && processing purchase orders receivedetc.Communication with customer and production department.Planning regarding dispatch and logistics.Preparing annual and monthly forecast and communicating with respectivedepartments.Communicating about amendments in forecast.All communications regarding supply with production department and customer.Reporting about payments receivable, tracking and follow-up for payments withcustomer, reporting variances.AUTHORITIES:The authorities are getting correct information regarding production, stock and inprocess finish good. Communication with customers. Getting action plans oncomplaints. Negotiation with transporters && shipping agencies for fixing charges &&other terms. Identification of training needs of subordinates.Christians / Roman Catholic candidates will be preferred .Do acknowledge the above JD and revert to the same mail .
