Job Description

    One of the leadingChemical - Nano TechnologyCompanyOpening -HR Manager (Corporate)Location- Mumbai- AndheriJob responsibilities1. Establish and update all HR policies and SOPs for each activity in the function. Ensure that this is a continuous upgrade and development process2. Recruit best candidates that fit into the company culture and philosophy and to do this within the desired salary bracket and timeframe3. Ensure salary processing and payments accurately and on time, in line with the company policy4. Manage all HR & personnel related statutory compliances including BMC, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc5. Manage admin function in all offices and supervision at site location (as necessary)6. Manage cars & other vehicles of company and directors7. Ensure 100% compliance of personnel and asset insurances. Enable and assist team members in their insurance claims to ensure ease of this process for the employee.8. Develop and manage a training calendar for the year with programs that are suitable for each function and level of team members9. Continuous people development and team building project to build a high performance, cohesive and committed team for achieving organisational goals10. Educate and then strictly ensure team follows office policies and working discipline including company policies on discrimination or harassment11. Continuously evaluate the need for upgrade of any infrastructure including software for ensuring best interface with the team members globally12. Report findings based on exit interviews to gather inputs on the company and its internal working13. Ensure each final settlement is done accurately and on time to ensure goodwill the person leaving as they are ambassadors of the company14. Appraisal process needs to be continuously upgraded to incorporate the best practices in the company15. Appraisals to be done on regular intervals for all functions and annual appraisal must be completed by Mar 15.16. Regular performance management and final appraisals to be complete before year end.Qualifications:-a) Preferably experiencde in Fertilizer, Textile, Chemical and Pharma Industries.b) Experience of 10-15 years in the industryc) Educational background must include an MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree Additional qualifications and training in similar field would be an asset.d) Good experience in HR function with companies with high corporate governance standards.
