Job Description

    Dear candidate Our company is involved in providing corporate services in different areas. Our company is a 30 yrs old established company, with a team size of approximately 1000 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known companies. Escalation specialist will be responsible for managing all day-to-day escalations received via CRM, WhatsApp, calls, Email or any other platform Key Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
    • Identifying the nature of the issue (Technical/Understanding)
    • Follow up with the Core & Digital team for RCA and resolution and communicate the same to customer
    • Perform RCA of recurring issues and implement solutions by raising CRs
    • Maintain data for all the SRs that have been raised and update the same on a daily basis
    Skills: Communication, customer service, reading and writing, leadership, data entry, Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer support/success, sales, business development or account management.
