    • Achieve assigned monthly Alternate Investment & Portfolio Management Services sales targets.
    • Gain knowledge about the AIF & industry products and options through market research, competition mapping and company learning resources.
    • Proactively acting on the active and passive lead bank generated through marketing campaigns effectively, maximizing conversions and minimizing time lags.
    • Share feedback with Marketing on the quality of leads every week and actively participate in generating new leads and develop prospects.
    • Build deep relationships with all HNI and UHNI clients by providing them with long term investment strategies and solutions that are customized to their needs.
    • Identify new investment or cross selling opportunities with active clients and bring them to a successful sales closure.
    • Continuous networking and engaging with clients to explore referrals for prospective new clients.
    • Ensure all client enquiries and problems are responded to and resolved most efficiently.
    • Ensure clients are on-boarded by ensuring and complying to all procedural and regulatory formalities.
    • Generate client leads through open-source channels organically and through references.
    Desired Skills and Experience:
    • Exceptional communication, relationship building and selling skills.
    • Desire to work in a start-up investment boutique company.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Strong competency in client service.
    • Sound knowledge about the various investment products, capital market and expertise in FI products.
    Educational Qualification and Experience Requirement:Graduate or Postgraduate with 4-6 years of experience in the Investment product Sales
