Job Description

    Urgent Require Maintenance && Technical Head (Open position 4)Location : Mumbai(Dahisar)Experience : Min 5yrsWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance && Technical Head, you will lead a team of servicetechnicians to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of services, repairing of AC and DC DrivesPCBs, wide range of tasks related to equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and safety compliancequality check, training of technicians and ensuring of successful timely service delivery, highlighting thedefect in series, sharing Root cause Analysis. This role involves overseeing all aspects of technicaloperations, managing personnel, optimizing service processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Requirement: A relevant B.Tech, B.E degree or certification in electronics engineering, or a related field ispreferred.Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with expertise in repairing electronics PCBs,relevant technologies, systems, or equipment to optimize the time properly.Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a technicalteam.Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thinkcritically under pressure.Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Minimum 5-7 years in Electronics PCB repairing && maintenance, Extensive knowledge ofmaintenance, repair && diagnostic of issue.If interested please send me cv on hidden_email / whatspp only on hidden_mobile
