Job Description

RolesWe are hiring for Business Analyst role with reputed MNC in Bhayandar location.Roles and Responsibilities includes:-

Data analysis and number crunching from existing operational data for driving process improvement.
Review and analyse numbers for management reporting of trends, inferences and highlight problem areas and fixes for resolution.
Review MIS, highlight trends and red flags, if any for process health Suggestions for process improvements with PEX team.
Ensure liasoning with ops and QnT teams to uplift productivity and quality metrics through drill down and deep analysis of numbers Identifying drivers/levers for increase in efficiencies and effectiveness.
Have meetings and discussions to chalk out plan with operational leaders for mending gaps in SLA.

Required Candidate profile

Experience- Min 5 Years
Education : BSC Statistics / BBA / MBA preferred.
Ensure Liasoning with ops and QnT team to uplift productivity and quality metrics through drill down and deep analysis
