    JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title : Manager / Senior Manager Service RetentionLocation : BKC- Mumbai (Head Office)Duties and Responsibilities: Drive Retention process to contain foreclosures within budget Deal directly with customers face to face or over a call or over mail if required Handle and resolve end to end customer complaints and respond promptly to customerescalations Focus on Customer retention and proactive steps for process improvement Manage customer accounts and maintain customer database Publish Reports, maintain MIS and key KPI dashboards Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments Dealing with Regularity Authority Complaints Developing and supporting Team members for improving their performance Manage Team and responsible for the retention process outputRequired Skills: Good communication in English && Local language Listening skills Analytical and Presentation Skills Customer Centric approach, Persuasive and Result Oriented Strong Relationship Management and Networking Skills Sound market, industry and system knowledge Sound Product && Process Knowledge - HL/LAP/ Business Loan Computer Proficiency - Handling of mails , Word, Excel, Power Point, Maintaining MISEducation and experience: Graduate or Post Graduate with good academic background Minimum 5 years of experience in Service (Banking/ NBFC sector) preferably exposure toRetention business process Work experience of handling Customer facing roles especially Up Sell, Cross Sell andRelationship ManagementInterested candidate share resume onhrresume1712@gmail.comRegards SnehaTalentmax
