J.P. Morgan s Securities Services business is comprised of Custody, Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office outsourcing, Foreign Exchange, and other activities related to servicing assets for traditional and alternative funds; it leverages its scale and capabilities in more than 100 markets to help clients optimize efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance revenue through a broad range of investor services as well as securities clearance, collateral management and alternative investment services. Team Description: Client Service and Solutions: The team has overall accountability for ensuring that our Client s global service requirements are achieved end-to-end with consistent delivery across Securities Services. We organize our clients into industry segments such as Asset Managers, Pension, Sovereign Wealth and Banks. This allows us to comprehend the specific requirements and behaviors of the segment and ensure our service offering meets those requirements while positioning ourselves to build strong and lasting partnerships on strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be based in Mumbai, India and accountable for oversight of services delivered to our Third Party Investment Management/ Asset Management segment. Key Role and Tasks:
    • Prepare scorecards and ad-hoc reports for clients as well as for internal partners. Liaise with multiple product teams e.g. Fund Accounting, Performance Reporting, etc. to consolidate the information required for clients
    • Examine client key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify client trends and provide root cause explanations to facilitate CSM meetings with clients
    • Perform functions related to risk and quality control including; entitlements and dormant account reviews, fee billing audits, billing receivables, client onboarding, account closings, outstanding tax documentation and reclaims, standing instructions, etc.
    • Perform invoice review before they are sent to the client
    • Partner with Client Service team on client focused projects as well as internal/business transformation initiatives.
    • Assist in coordinating activities with the global operations and middle office teams based in the Americas, EMEA and APAC to manage clients
    • Oversee and deliver on client efficiency initiatives fax elimination, reduction in non-standard client processes, reporting, etc. I dentify and implement process improvement opportunities that significantly enhance efficiency, quality and client satisfaction as and when applicable
    Required Skills/Experience:
    • Bachelor s degree.
    • Relevant Operations, fund accounting or custody background preferred but not mandatory
    • Strong presentation and research skills, speaking and oral skills. Ability to summarize, simplify and communicate detailed and complex information to a broad range of team members across the seniority spectrum, whether verbally or written
    • Strong organizational, project management, problem solving and planning skills
    • Compliance mindset with an awareness of risks associated with the broad array of services offered
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath preferred but not mandatory
    • Ability to learn and discuss the products and services offered by Securities Services with clients, including Global Custody, Fund Accounting & Administration, Investment Information Services, and Securities Lending.
    • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong work ethic with a desire to work with a team and a willingness to learn the products and processes of JPM.
