Job Description

    Veeva analytics We are looking for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical data and proven excel knowledge Responsibilities Create / Update reports to meet Client requirements and specifications Plan design for program code Programs / codes the report or analytic request Runs the report program and checks the output Updates the program / code as needed to fix any issues Provide quality control checks for reports and analytics including in-house / Client created Document findings on QC checklist. Clearly identify if issue in source data issue or a report coding issue Coordinate / communicate with team members, explaining / review findings and issues Confirm report or data analysis is complete and any QC issues have been resolved Confirm that report meets requirements as expected Interact with client to understand requirements Fetch data from the Data warehouse and produce reports as per client requirements, using Excel, VBA etc. Provide assistance and troubleshoot issues faced by end users Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end user for any data related requests or service issues Ensure integrity of data and customer delight Be able to work in high pressure environmentQualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications/skills Graduate or Master in Science or BCA/MCA Knowledge / exp. In handling Regulatory Affairs / Pharma data will be an added advantage Strong Excel & VBA skills are a must Working knowledge of Veeva / any other pharma CRM tools Working knowledge on reporting tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI is an added advantage Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools Process orientated awareness of Lean and Six SigmaPreferred qualifications/skills Working knowledge of SQL is an added advantage,
