Job Description

If you have a need for flexibility, then please discuss this with the Hiring Manager.MiFID II venue admin team (MVAT) is responsible for uploading, maintaining and off boarding trader s Personal identification information (PII) on trading exchanges (Venues).What will you be doing Candidate will be required to

  • Will be responsible for processing confidential data in a timely manner with high level of accuracy.
  • Should be able to handle large volume of request maintaining a clear track of the workflow and communication with the team members.
  • Ensure missing personal identification information is updated against short codes of all traders.
  • Undertake data maintenance task regularly and ensure MS access tool is maintained & updated frequently to support primary BAU activity.
  • Should be able to understand and execute a variety of request from various sources. Identify and timely escalate any pending items and issues to respective teams and concerned stakeholders.
  • Perform dual hatting/ leaver reconciliation and exceptional reporting
  • Would be part of MiFID II Venue Admin team and would be responsible for timely upload of personal identification information on large number of venues
  • May be required to debug & edit to the existing access application used for purpose of performing the mentioned role.
  • Handles various projects around events like BREXIT, new venue configuration, request workflow updating, SFTP transfer set up based on the requirements.
  • Would require to contribute inputs for development & change required in internal request portal and process.
  • Prepare Ad-hoc reports for administrative reporting.
  • Develop, implement and maintain an efficient and effective control framework
  • Work closely with Global stakeholders
What we re looking for:
  • Graduate or MBA from good business school
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to clearly articulate complicated issues to management and other impacted areas and ensure timely resolution of issues and breaches
  • MS Office skills Excel, Access (MS Access designing & queries)
