Job Description

    Job Description and Responsibilites:
    • The candidate should have fundamental knowledge of the Education (Test Prep) Industry.
    • Ability to analyze the students academic profile, understanding student strengths and weaknesses in English, academic background, English scores & grades, desired destination country and institute, educational and career goals and objectives, and other applicable criteria for individualized academic planning, and then plan and implement the test preparation course in order to deliver the desired test score.
    • Should understand and apply the importance and standing of test preparation services in the academic space beyond university admission, what benefit they provide in the destination countries and institutions
    • Should properly structure and design the test preparatory services to incorporate these benefits and subsequently deliver these to the students in order to meet their individualized academic goals.
    • Should prepare, organize and update all course materials to meet the needs of the students in the course
    • Should design and pace the course delivery in order to meet the students needs
    • Track and analyze students progress and prepare for lessons and tests to meet students needs.
    • Should decide scheduling, timelines, timetables, batch organization of courses
    • Should ensure that the students are well prepared for the difficulty level of the test prep exam based on their individual academic goal.
    • Should create an interactive classroom environment and establish positive relationships with students
    • Be able to challenge students and be highly skilled, efficient and organized.
    Qualifications:
    • Must have a bachelors degree, masters preferred.
    • 3-5 years verbal test prep teaching experience in study abroad educational industry
    • Must have a deep understanding of the tests themselves and what the tests mean for the students admission
    • Must understand the timelines associated with test preparation and how they corelate with admission timelines
    • Strong academic knowledge of test preparation subjects and structure
    • Motivated, reliable, flexible workwise and possess strong communication skills
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Must be willing to research, learn & evolve with a receptive mindset
    • Must be student centric, approachable and personable
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be goal driven and a go getter
    • Membership of associations and having a good network in education industry is a huge plus
    Job Information:Position : Verbal FacultyRequired experience : At least 3-5 years teaching experience in SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS and TOEFL. Original certifications must be provided.Office Location : Andheri, MumbaiWork Schedule : 11 am 8pm IST (6 days a week including Sat-Sun, day off during week)
