This is a Corporate and Global Role - so candidates, who has handled / managed such roles should apply. Currently / In earlier roles, candidate should have managed the following processes :- All assessments and development centres of the organization at Corporate / Global Level - Programs like the SDP, MDP (Management Development Program), LDP (Leadership Development Program), EDP (Executive Development Program) - Running the InstaLearn program - All training requirements of employees in Global Shared Services Center - Mentoring / Coaching process- Handled / Launched / Executed in setting up the Internal Global Management Program in association with Any of the IVY League Global Universities / Institutes - Will be in-charge of all ISO and PCMM audits and maintaining the L&D policies and SOPs- Should be a self-starter- Should have 10+ years of experience in L&D /OD / Leadership Development - Should be well connected & part of various training forums & communities- Should have some global exposure preferably handling / working outside of India in any other country / geography- Should have exposure to training technologies- Should have led a team of people- Should also be able to stand up & train on subjects of interest- Should have basic analytical skills- Should be inquisitive in nature- Should be high on energy,
