Job Description

    Linguistic Analyst SpanishWe are looking for Linguistic Analyst Spanish for claims division in an International General Insurance company.Experience : 3+ yearsLocation : Mumbai MaharastraSalary : upto 10 lacsAnalyse all technical claims/treaty documentation received from clients ensuring compliance withcontractual conditions and where necessary assist with the preparation of these documents for / withthe client, resolving any queries where appropriateProcessing and monitoring of Client figures into our systems in line with specified key performanceindicators and contractual conditionsPrepare presentations for client and markets including assisting our Placement Support team withproviding renewal information, statistics and any technical advice as requiredReceive and action clients cash call instructions in a timely manner and communicate pertinentinformation as necessary to obtain prompt agreementManage and resolve queries from clients and reinsurers, seeking assistance as required ensuringescalation where necessary and resolution with minimum delayUse experience to provide support, advice and guidance to other team membersBuild, develop and maintain strong client, third party and reinsurer relationships with assigned portfolio,liaising closely with Client Service Manager and/or Operations Director along with our Overseas offices asnecessaryWork closely with Placement Support and own team to ensure effective delivery of client service toGallagher Re clientsEnsure internal, client and market correspondence is e-filed as necessarySupport Accounting and Settlement associates to ensure that all financial aspects are handled in a timely manner for the secure, efficient and auditable handling of client moniesThe Requirements :Reinsurance or Industry knowledge ideally with a claims backgroundIntermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)Attention to detailAbility to organise and prioritiseAbility to work in a team and autonomously; and general willingness to learn and grow both yourself and othersAbility to build strong working relationships with both clients and brokersGood time management skillsTechnical knowledge of reinsurance policies pertinent to your business unitSpanish language proficiency required
