Job Description

    Job Title: Website Designer Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our clients brand message and meet their business objectives. The Website Designer will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, create wireframes and mockups, and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience design.Responsibilities:
    1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
    2. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
    3. Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.
    4. Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
    5. Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
    6. Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and tools.
    7. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve website designs.
    8. Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
    9. Provide support and maintenance for existing websites as needed.
    10. Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
    Requirements:
    1. Proven experience as a Website Designer or similar role.
    2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pScript.
    3. Strong portfolio showcasing previous website design projects.
    4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience design.
    5. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
    6. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
    7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    9. Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
    10. Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
    Preferred Skills:
    1. Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
    2. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
    3. Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP or Node.js.
    4. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
    5. Understanding of accessibility standards and principles.
    6. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
