Job Description

    : 1. In depth knowledge of web containers and Application servers Websphere 7/8.0/8.5/Liberty, IHS 7/8/8.5 product suites. Ensure all designs meet enterprise requirements for scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and manageability. 2. Should be worked in RFS areas in migration from WAS 7/8.0/8.5 to Liberty and WAS 6/7 to 8.5 3. Good knowledge of Unix/Linux based systems and experience in performing Linux administration tasks. 4. Working knowledge of scripting languages like unix shell and/or powershell. 5. Good knowledge of Windows 2008 R2 server systems. 6. Knowledge in networking, security and application load balancing using F5/BigIP. 7. Shared Technology Environment implementation using Web Sphere 7 is the version required. 8. Develop automation framework for configuration and Application deployments. Respond to and resolve assigned Level 3 tickets on Web Sphere Application server issues in production, test and development environments within defined SLAs 9. Capacity planning and projections for a large/high capacity reporting environment. 10. Websphere Patch - Websphere Fixpack Upgrade would be better. Certificate Management Security Management might be better. 11. Provide regular detailed management status reports on RFS projects and activities and deliver detailed documentation (Statements of Work, Technical Designs, User Guides, Test Plans/Results) for each project/activity 12. Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Responsible for infrastructure architecture, design and implementation oversight of integration solutions in the areas of application integration (A2A), B2B and SOA 13. Develop and present training for support personnel on new/enhanced system functions. Provide L3 SME expertise for Major Production incidents.
