Windows Server Admin This requirement is valid till 25-05-2021Required Skills: Windows OSLocation: MumbaiDomain: Banking & Financial ServicesQualification: Any Degree Experience: 1-5 yrs.Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities:- Installs and configures Windows server hardware and software, to include physical and virtual servers, Windows Server, VMware ESX, and Virtual Center.- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.- Troubleshoots Windows OS issues for 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 OS and above.- Maintain operating procedures for system administration activities including system monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and server architecture design and system maintenance.- Executes a planned program of virus updates, patch and service pack management, including testing, deployment staging, and documentation. Install, maintain and manage Windows SUS, HBSS, and other servers for automated updates.- Performs regular system maintenance, software upgrades, physical to virtual migrations and performance tuning.- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created.- Actively participates in VAPT Issues to ensure timely and successful resolution of VAPT points assigned to Windows server team.- Provides technical knowledge and recommendations to staff members as required.- Integration of servers with SOC, PIMS and Active Directory.- Provides installation support for new applications and software releases.- Ensure/implement the rigorous application of Information Security/Information Assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of Systems, Applications and/or Software.- Ensure the latest antivirus software is installed on all servers and the scheduled scans are running.- Performs other related duties as assigned.- Windows OS clustering and Windows Active directory related knowledge- Managing the Windows servers in 24/7 in high availability EnvironmentsSkillset: Windows Admin associates for applying low and medium patchesLogin to Apply,
