Create policies, structure and SOPs to run the business smoothly and consistently across the zoneWork in close coordination with the central services team to fine tune the offering, introduce regional variants, arrive at pricing models etc.Create and drive awareness of the various services on ground using activations and activities to drive businessDevelop appropriate field structures to support the business models and customer types to deliver a superior customer experience.Develop & run a comprehensive painter engagement program in coordination with central services team. End to end responsibility to onboard, train, engage and drive business through the influencer channelsWork in close coordination with the trade sales team to drive regional/zonal priorities for the organizationDevelop and put in place a comprehensive influencer engagement program focused on architects and interior designers in coordination with the central team.o Responsible for direct engagement of the top 10% of influencers across the geographyOwn the revenue generation, delivery of services and tracking the progress against the associated metrics of the zone.Preference Industry Direct Sales companies Internet providers (ACT Fibernet, Hathway), financial services, paint, building materials, furnishingsQualifications:MBARegards,HR Team
