Job Description

Responsibilities: This is field job - we are providing IT AMCs to various Government & Corporate Companies, - review and inspection of all sites - is a prerequisite, also review to troubleshoot at L3 Level - excellent experience in Hardware & Network Support, Software, firewalls and Servers - set-up, maintenances and repairs.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals,

  • IT Service Delivery:
Monitor service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Ensure IT service requests and incidents are handled promptly and effectively, resolving any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and security systems. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure components. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential to enhance IT infrastructure and recommending appropriate solutions. Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions. Monitor vendor performance and conduct periodic reviews to maintain effective partnerships and address any issues or concerns.
  • IT Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards. Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing any issues or obstacles that may impact projectQualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT service management, infrastructure management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
