Did you attend interview with Allana Group in past If yes when it was : JOB DESCRIPTION: Role: Oracle ERP Application lead- DGM Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Type: Permanent Exp Range: 15+ years Location: Mumbai- WFO( Colaba ) Skills Required: At least 6+ end to end Oracle ERP implementations across different modules/functional areas. Candidate should have 15+ Years of Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP preferably in Manufacturing and FMCG companies. Strong solution architect experience for end-to-end solutions across different modules of finance, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation management and SOA. Experience in managing large Application Support & Maintenance leveraging internal teams and SI partners. Strong project management skills to run multiple IT initiatives across business verticals. Experience in setting up governance standards and best practices pertains to people, processes, and technologies. Deep understanding of the Oracle methodologies like OUM, AIM etc. Migration experience on EBS on premise to Fusion would be a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills especially working with multiple businesses. Ability to manage Vendors, OEMs, and mentor team of 15+ members. Manage day to day ERP issues and escalations pertaining to it. Conduct regular review with team, partners, and manage escalations. Collaborate with business colleagues to identify and develop system improvements. Work with OEM and SI on new functionalities that can be used in our business verticals. Bring efficiency by Identifying automation opportunities in business process and reporting. Work with SI and IT vendors to identify digital/IT solutions to bring improvement in ERP. Manage country regulatory requirements. Build strong governance processes and policies for business process improvement and establishing controls. Monitor Regular training and awareness session for business users. Manage licensing and budgets pertaining to EBS, OTM and SOA. Build ERP roadmap and transition plan to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manage SLA with SI and internal teams. On time in full IT project delivery focusing on ERP initiatives. CSAT Score / escalations management Drive adoption and application usage through training and awareness. Timely delivery and maintenance of all critical MIS reports Number of improvements and automation projects delivered. Business value delivered.
