Located in Miami, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Japan, Bangalore, Mysore, our global presence is clear, and we are growing rapidly.Sales Development Representative SDRArisGlobal is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our EMEA team with 1 2 years of sales experience, with preferable experience in SaaS and the life sciences for a position within our growing organization. SDR team members field inbound marketing qualified leads, hunt new logos and work closely with territory account directors to strategize and prospect against target accounts across 4 product domains so you will never run out of opportunity. These main functions are made easier by best-in-class automation software including ZoomInfo and SalesLoft so your email content and marketing assets are already built out for you. An inquisitive self-starter who is always eager to get on the phone and creatively prospect through a multi-channel approach, prides themselves on understanding the challenges of others and understands the value of prompt and consistent follow up is the person we would love to speak with. *SaaS/Life Sciences industry experience strongly preferredWhat You will Do:

  • Work closely with the Demand Gen team and work inbound marketing leads
  • Research and hunt new prospective companies
  • Identify best points of contacts and conduct research to ensure a prospecting approach heavily built on personalization and consistency
  • Oversee the initial sales cycle, building strong relationships with interested prospects, understanding their requirements and positioning ArisGlobal s product portfolio
  • Set up meetings with prospects and resources internally including Solution Consultants and Account Directors
  • Manage business relationships to ensure that prospects needs and requirements are met
  • Serve as an advocate for Sales while collaborating with the other teams
  • Work closely with ArisGlobal account executives, handing off qualified leads and supporting the downstream sales process
  • Manage and log activities in Salesforce.com for proper opportunity tracking
  • Develop consultative selling skills via a combination of training and on the job experience
  • Serve as a strong team player, mentoring junior team members
Required Education and Experience:
  • Degree required from a University in a related field
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in sales, business development, inside/outside, b2b sales, focused on IT/Enterprise software
  • Experience focused on high volume sales development prospecting
  • Experience working for companies that provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
  • Experience selling to Pharmaceutical companies
  • At least 1 year experience cold calling
  • Lead and deal qualification and a deep understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle
  • Worked directly w/marketing and field sales teams to bring leads from interest to closure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills equally comfortable on the phone and email
  • Ability to effectively manage time and workload, work independently and multitask
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
