OYO operates a uniquebusiness model that helps its patrons transform fragmented, unbranded and underutilized hospitalityassets into branded, digitally-enabled storefronts with higher revenue generation potential and providesits customers with access to a broad range of high-quality storefronts at compelling price points.Website Link https://www.oyorooms.com/Location: Mysore / Goa / Hyderabad / MumbaiRole Type Field Role (involves daily travel), Mon-SatWhat will you be doing Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties which can be acquired to dobusiness with OYO Meet property owners and sell OYOs vision of providing comfortable stays for many Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable businessassociation and bring them onboard our platform Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes live on OYO platform Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYOs Operations/Revenue teamKey PerformanceIndicators Number of Sellable Rooms signed / made live month on month Gross margin derived from the properties signedRequired Skills Networking ability Proof reading of legal contracts Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email writing) Good negotiation skills Analytical abilityWho are we looking for 2 to 7 years of experience. Candidate should not be above 30 years of age.
