Job Description

Experience: 3 - 12 yearsLocation: All LTIMindtree officesRoles and Responsibilities:Expertise in end-to-end user lifecycle management using Oracle Identity Governance. Hands-on development skills is a must on the following:
• Installation and Configuration of OIG for Identity Governance
• Configuring OIG features for user management and governance user life cycle management, role based access controls
• Install and configure OOTB connectors
• Creating and configuring custom connectors
• Configuring policies for role based access controls
• Configuring access certifications
• Configuring OIG Self Service
• Configuration and maintenance of Trusted and target recon jobs
• Custom tasks and event scheduler configurations and scheduling
• Custom notifications and approval workflows
• Configuring custom and OOTB audit reports and automated report deliveries
• Configuring OIG connectors for Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange and LDAP directories, Microsoft Share Point Online
• Configuring OIG connectors for Oracle EBS, EPM using asserters and Oracle Fusion applications - HCM, CX, EPM
• Analytical and Trouble Shooting skills - working with multiple internal and customer stakeholders to resolve application problems and perform Root Cause Analysis
• Expert in Java, Web Services - SOAP & REST, Database concepts and SQL
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry and guide project teams to follow Oracle and industry best practices
• Good understanding of operating and deploying services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Setup and respond to standardized alerts, perform regular log analysis, monitor and maintain systems to identify any issues.
• Develop documentation for assigned projects including installation guides, troubleshooting guides, run books etc.
• Possess excellent skills on technical design and architecture, should have created designs for OIG Implementation
• Leadership: Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Communications: Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and clients, verbally and in writing. Able to present ideas in a variety of ways depending upon audience and context. Excellent active listening and documentation skills
In addition to above, below skills will be good to have:
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft exchange
• Knowledge of Oracle IAM and other Identity and Access Management products
• Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle BPM
• Performance tuning of Oracle IDAM stack of products
• Architecture and Configurations for setting up DR for Oracle IDAM products
• Oracle Certifications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Security
The qualified candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions based on above mentioned skills and must produce the following on the project:
• Technical solution for Identity and Access Management for end to end user management on OIG
• Technical and functional requirements specifications document describing all stated and implicit needs for the solution
• Technical Architecture and Design specifications including but not limited to supporting documents like Visio and presentations
• Conduct in depth technical IAM research, assessments and performance analysis to support, design, and develop new technical IAM components or proposals for clients
• Perform impact analysis and produce impact analysis document for Oracle IDAM solutioning
• Perform trouble shooting of issues with IDAM solution and produce RCA document
• Identify clients technical stakeholders, and provides effective training and mentoring to maximize leadership and consulting effectiveness, client learning and overall project team productivity.
